I have ordered and purchased biz collection pants before and based on measurements and everything I ordered my normal size. Two pairs one in black the other in blue. The black were a little tight but I could do up the button and zip (my previous purchase of pants were a little bigger and if I new these pants were smaller I would have gone up a size.) but the blue which was the SAME size as the black DID NOT fit and because they were on special I couldn't return or exchange either for a bigger size. Which is disappointing especially when you follow measurements and everything.
