Once we receive the order, our team will verify the following information “ Name, address, payment information are all correct so that we can process it. Items are shipped from our Castle Hill store or supplier warehouses depending on various factors like number of brands, order value, stock availability and the quantity.
Orders are shipped between 4-5 working days upon receipt for items that are in stock.For items that are not in stock, an ETA will be provided by the customer service team. If you are unsure of any thing please call customer service at 1300 267 277 to check availability before placing an order.
As a standard practice, we consolidate the order send all the items as one shipment, if your order has multiple brands, it means that we have to wait for all the items to come in to our store and then ship it. Please note that some suppliers could take more than 3 days to deliver to us due to the operation processes but we will endeavor that they are shipped ASAP.
If your order is urgent and you need it ASAP, please call the customer service team at 1300 267 277 and let us know and we will do all that we can to expedite the delivery.

Our preferred method is Australia Post Epracel for all orders that leave from our Castle Hill store. Please see parcel delivery time frames here http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-networks.html.
Our supplies use Star Track, Toll, TNT express Victoria Freight Service and few other, so for orders that are coming from our supplier ware houses, they could be in any of the above carriers.
When orders are shipped, we send you an email with tracking information and the carrier website address.
Pricing, Taxes, Fees, Other Charges
All prices are inclusive of 10% GST. We do not charge anything over that for credit card or paypal.
